Nisa Lou lives in sunny Edinburgh with her lovely hubby JB (the uber techno geek) and her toddler son Joshua.

Nisa Lou loves all things crafty, cooking up a storm with her Creuset pan and learning new fun geeky things from her husband. She also did University admin in her 'spare' time prior to becoming a Mum :-)

Other stuff about me......

• I love food - especially spicy food - mexican, indian, thai - love it :-)

• I have an on off affair with the scales, at the moment it is on and going pretty well. It's more usually off while I indulge in the pleasures of the palate!

• I make homemade cards. I haven't made very many this year or in fact since Josh arrived but I plan to do more soon.

• I would love to be more laid back than I am. I'm not very tolerant of mess but have become much less anal about the state of the flat since crawling around after a very wriggly little one most of the time.

• I have dreams about being a bit bohemian and living in a rambling house with piles of books everywhere and dogs curled up on the hearth with open fires and an AGA and children making playful shrieks and the smell of bread baking and all that that entails. I suspect that I am a bit too uptight for it to pan out quite like that. And also we are not quite that cash rich!

• I am not a morning person. I would love to get up with the lark and feel all fresh and raring to go but alas most mornings I'm just grumpy and oh so very tired......
