This is me at 32 weeks after our 'Birth Preparation Workshop' which was very useful and actually quite fun.
I was dreading the 'group activities' so was pleasantly surprised to feel relaxed by the afternoon happily sitting on my birthing ball eating pineapple and getting an aromatherapy massage from JB :-)
