Breech? Nah just messing.....
Baby B has turned head over heels and is now 'Cephalic' :-) Their head is apparently 3/5 engaged in my pelvis - which is great news!!!
JB and I went for a scan yesterday to confirm the baby's presentation - breech or otherwise and the clever little person has flipped head down!
I've been feeling lots of movement but nothing that I would associate with turning back flips or somersaults so I didn't really think they would have turned. How wrong I was!
So we're still on for the home birth as planned which is a huge relief all round. I feel like I can relax and enjoy my maternity leave now knowing that baby B will put in an appearance when he or she is good and ready rather than having to be rudely ripped from me a couple of weeks early :-)
Plus the pram was delivered this morning - yay! more new toys to play with. Check out the car seat - it looks so cosy I'd love to be carried around in something like that.
And the community midwife is coming over tomorrow for a chat about our home birth plans and to make all the arrangements.
It's all good.
