6 Weird Things

2007-02-05

This has been flying around the various blogs that I read for a while. Although I haven't been tagged (mainly becuase I don't actually know anyone else in the blogosphere apart from the hubby) I thought I'd share anyway!

So here goes - they may not be weird but they are perhaps a little quirky?

  1. I like to keep food separate on my plate. For instance if we are having a scrummy brunch then the egg must NOT touch the beans at all costs. Neither should the beans touch the toast. They can touch the sausages or bacon however. And ketchup must similarly be kept away from anything else runny. I usually make a little wall with the sausages or bacon or what not to keep things separate.....hmmm I sound like a freak now.

  2. I'm a bit of a 'princess and the pea' in that I don't like to wear anything itchy or scratchy. I don't like prickly wool next to my skin and I hate pyjamas or nightshirts with buttons.

  3. I used to be obsessed with handwriting when I was little. I would spend hours practicing in numerous note books trying to decide what my 'grown up' handwriting should look like. I was quite worried about it for a while and didn't realise that it was something that would just take shape gradually.

  4. Taking after my Grandma I have a rather large collection of note books. Numerous sizes and shapes, lined and plain etc most are blank however as I can't bring myself to sully the blank virgin pages with my scrawl. Plus I can never decide what I should use them all for.

  5. I like things to be symetrical. I like objects and ornaments to be placed 'just so'. If they are out of alignment when I walk in the room I will tweak them back into place. Obviously this took place more often before Josh!

  6. I used to be a complete technophobe and would baulk at the thought of having to do 'computer stuff'. And then I married a computer geek!
